Our Support Plans

Option 1

The cost for email, phone and skype support is $1.99 plus GST per minute.

After each enquiry we will send you advice showing the accumulative total of our support service throughout the month. This will ensure that there are no surprises for you when you receive your invoice at the end of the month.

Option 2

You may decide that you would prefer a monthly fixed fee. We can determine what this would be once we’ve discussed your needs, and what capacity you need us in.

Option 3

With Xero Ongoing, we can support you in Xero by helping you with your invoices, bank reconciliations, GST and monthly reporting. SmartDesk will be your Xero bookkeeper for your business.

Accounts can be what make or break a business, but they’re also very time-intensive if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you’re having trouble with Xero, or simply don’t have the time to learn the ins-and-outs of the system, we offer the following support services:

If you have multiple staff who may need to access your accounts, you can set access levels for them, meaning there’s less crossover, and they can efficiently manage their own areas offering you further peace of mind that everything is above board.

We know this can all be a lot to take in, so we don’t just give you all of this and then leave – we want to make sure you’re in the best position at all times. We have three options for supporting your business going forward:

Xero Training

Your very own SmartDesk Xero Personal Trainer will take you through Xero step by step, factor in your knowledge of Xero and focus on what you need to get where you need to be.

Our training will be specific to you and your business so initially we’ll go through a needs analysis interview so we can understand your business, what you’re wanting to achieve, what your current understanding of Xero is, and then we can put together a support/training plan to make sure we’re with you every step of the way. Don’t worry if you think you don’t know what you’ll need – we are experts at working that out for you.

Our information packs and style of training can be adapted for existing Xero users who are finding that they need a bit more knowledge, or for those who are new to what Xero has to offer. While we often do our Xero training on a one-to-one basis we are also able to offer group training if needed for training team members new to Xero or providing next level training for your current team members as and when updates to Xero are made.

Our team work with clients who have a range of skill levels so trust us when we say that there’s no need to worry about what your skill level is – we’ve seen everything you can imagine. We’re here to offer our training services at your pace so if you’re having trouble getting a specific part, we can cater the plan to focus more on that. We’re here to make sure you know how the software works so you can use it to successfully manage your business.
