We can provide them with a seamless conversion process, user training and ongoing support if required.

SmartDesk will work with you, or directly with the client, to carry out a needs analysis and create a solution that is customised for their business.

We will set up Xero for your clients to fit their existing business processes, bearing in mind any future growth they may experience. We will then migrate information from their existing accounts into Xero.

As well as carrying out the conversion, SmartDesk can also provide training in Xero at all user levels.
Overall, SmartDesk will help your clients make the change to Xero quickly and easily. We can identify and implement changes to streamline and add value to your clients' business, while making your own work completing their accounts, a whole lot easier.

Training in Xero

SmartDesk can provide training for your clients who are existing users of Xero, as well as to clients that we provide the implementation for.

 After your client's business has been migrated to Xero, SmartDesk can provide them with step-by-step training on how to use Xero to best effect. This Xero training can be customised for each client, paying particular attention to the aspects most relevant to them. Plus we can provide training to new staff as they come on board.

Alternatively, we can provide training for clients of yours who already have Xero but are not yet using it to full capacity.

SmartDesk also presents Xero Workshops, so if your clients do not require customised training, they could join one of our existing workshops in West Auckland, learning Xero alongside others.

Ongoing accounts services using Xero

Once SmartDesk has helped your clients convert to Xero, you can step in and continue to provide your usual accounting services using the Xero interface. Or you can get SmartDesk to do the routine bookkeeping, while you maintain overall supervision, file year-end tax and provide your client with expert financial guidance.

SmartDesk will:

  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process the monthly accounts
  • Invoice business creditors and debtors
  • Run GST returns.
